Costs

We always try to find a price that works for both you and for us.

Below we have some examples of fee ranges, sample bills, and average costs. Every case is different so please contact us to discuss yours.

Note: Where VAT is mentioned below, the rate is currently 23%
 
Wills:
Standard Will prices start at €300.00 plus VAT

Probate:
We charge Probate fees based on the type and complexity of the estate but the average fee is €4,500.00 plus VAT of the value of the estate. In situations where the matter is very straightforward e.g where a surviving spouse is the sole beneficiary and there is a relatively small estate, we will usually charge below the above scale.

We are always happy to meet with you for an initial free consultation to assess the amount of work involved and the amount that it will cost.

Injuries Board Applications:
Our average fee is €1,800.00 plus VAT.

Commercial Leases:
We For short Term Leases (up to 5 years) our average fee is €1,500.00 plus VAT,
For Long Term Leases our average fee is €2,500.00 plus VAT

Family Law:
Consultation Fee - €350. A forty minute detailed consultation where we can provide information, guidance and more detailed quotes

Separation Agreements - from €3000 plus VAT
Judicial Separations - from €4000 plus VAT
Divorces - from €4000 plus VAT

House Purchase:
Starting at €1600.00 plus VAT and Outlays

House Sale:
Starting at €1600 plus VAT and Outlays

Hourly Rates:

While most of our work for you is time recorded we usually provide fixed fee estimate. However we can provide service on an hourly rate. Depending on the work involved we offer time recorded rates from €250.00 per hour as well as fixed fee small matter quotes.
